Instruction for registration/ application form for UP B.ED 2013

How to Apply in UP B.ed Entrance Admit Card 2013 conducted by DDU Gorakhpur

Note: Before filling the online application form candidate can download a dummy application form from our website. .For Complete Application Form Filling There are Five Compulsory steps
Step 1. Registration
Step 2. E-challan
Step 3. Application Fee Deposition
Step 4. Application Form Filling and Printing
Step 5. Posting Application To The University

1. Please check the eligibility criteria given in the Brochure JEE-UP B.Ed. 2013 .

Step 1. Registration
i . Click on ‘Candidate Registration’ link.
ii . Fill all the particulars in Online Registration Form. (The fields denoted by (*) are compulsory to be filled)
iii. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
iv . A confirmation page with a unique nine digit Registration number will be generated. Note down nine digit Registration number or take the printout of registration slip. (For Further Process)
Note : This print out will not be considered as application. It is only Registration Form. After Registration deposit the fee and then candidate has to fill the application form.

Step 2. E-challan
i . Click on ‘Print E-Challan’ link.
ii. Take the printout of this Challan Slip.(Print option — A4 size in Landscape)

Step 3. Application Fee Deposition
i .Go to the designated Bank (bank as mentioned in challan slip) then deposit the Required Registration Fees For Application Filling
ii . Ensure that the Transaction No. given by bank is clearly readable. Transaction No. will facilitate the candidate to fill the Application Form.

Step 4. Application Form Filling
i . Next Day Click on ‘Submit Application Form’ link. Registration number, Transaction number and date of birth are required to fill the application form.
ii . Fill the required information on the screen then submit.
iii.Before final submission of application form recheck all the information to be filled by you are correct and then finally submit the application form.
iv .After submitting application upload photograph of candidate in .jpg format (size not more than 20kb) and signature in .jpg format (size not more than 10kb).
v .Take the printout of this final form for further proceedings. (Print option– A4 size in Landscape).
vi . Take the printout Mailing/posting address (Print option– A4size in landscape)
vii.Paste the copy of the uploaded photograph at the designated place, fill all the entries and duly put your’s and Father/Guardian signature and left hand thumb impression in the designated place.

Step 5. Posting Application To University
i.Take the printout of finally filled application and printed copy of e-challan(university copy) and put it into an A-4 envelop and paste the address slip taken from the website and send it to the university on or before 13/03/2013.

Important Instruction: Please note that the minimum qualification for Form filling.
(i) For General/OBC candidates Graduation or Post Graduation with 50.00 % marks.
(ii) For SC/ST candidates Graduation or Post Graduation with passing marks.
(iii) Other State Candidates will be treated as General Category Candidate.
(iv) For Blind candidates 5% relaxation will be given in marks of qualifying examination. .

  • dear sir , I am unable to proceed further even after entering Bank transaction ID in the colum.
    it shows that ‘YOU HAVE NOT DEPOSITED FEE”
    please assist
    I deposited fee in Allahabad Bank main branch in Civil lines Allahabad on 04 mar 2013 but till now i am unable to process further.
